1. Condition of Goods ("As-Is")

All inventory, pallets, and lots are sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. Buy Closeouts Direct makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the specific condition of any individual item within a lot.

2. Variations in Style, Size, and Quantity

Buyers acknowledge that lots are frequently labeled and sold as "Various" styles and sizes..

• Assorted Lots: By purchasing, the buyer accepts that they may receive a random assortment of products and that Buy Closeouts Direct is not responsible for the specific mix of sizes, colors, or styles received.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the liquidation and closeout industry, all sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances once payment is processed or the shipment has left our facility.

• Buyers are encouraged to review all available photos and descriptions before completing a purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos/ videos of any merchandise one is interested in.
